1. Warranty period
According to the different requirements of weather resistance, Ampelite company can provide 15 years (Mekalite golden roof lighting board, Ampelite first-class flame retardant, Ampelite second-class flame retardant), 20 years (Ampelite301.COOL-LITE), 25 years (Ampelite389) and more than 30 years (WonderGlas GC, PVDFglas GC) four warranty period products are available.
2. Lighting (lighting ratio, lighting belt layout)
According to the different illuminances required for each work area, products with different light transmittance can be selected. The recommended light transmittance is 10% to 25%, and the light is from the roof to the cornice.The light transmittance of FRP lighting panels is generally between 50% and 80%, which can be selected for different needs.When the daylighting rate is 10%, the illuminance can reach more than 100~150 degrees.
3. Wind pressure and snow pressure
The mechanical strength and performance of lighting panels of different thicknesses are also different.Ampelite can provide about 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, and 2.0mm thick series of lighting panels.Through the selection of lighting panels of different thicknesses and special typhoon-resistant auxiliary parts, as well as the adjustment of the spacing of the roof purlins, it can be adapted to the wind pressure and snow pressure in different areas.Generally speaking, a daylighting board with a thickness of 1.5mm can span a purlin of 1.5m, and its wind resistance can reach more than 1kpa.
4. Thermal insulation, heat insulation and prevention of condensation
(1) The double-layer daylighting board achieves the purpose of thermal insulation, heat insulation, noise reduction and condensation prevention by increasing the thermal insulation layer.
(2) Cool-lite daylighting panels maintain a certain light transmittance while greatly reducing the heat energy transmittance, which is suitable for supermarkets, warehousing and logistics.
5. Fire prevention, smoke prevention and drip prevention
(1) Ampelite301 and Mekalite Jinding series lighting panels are both flammable (oxygen index is about 20); they can burn quickly in the event of a fire, forming a smoke exhaust zone, and no melt droplets are generated when burning.
(2) The oxygen index of the flame-retardant lighting board is greater than 26.It can reach the second-level flame retardant, and if the oxygen index is greater than 30, it can reach the first-level flame retardant.(3) The Shanghai Fire Protection Bureau stipulates that for factories with more than 4,000 square meters, the lighting panels must reach the three-level index.;
A. The lighting rate is ≥8%; B. The lighting board must be flammable; C. There is no melting drop phenomenon after the lighting board is burned.
6. Corrosion resistance
FRP materials have good corrosion resistance compared to the metal itself. FRP lighting panels have greatly improved their corrosion resistance due to the coating of film or the use of gel coat technology on their surfaces.Therefore, it can be used in large quantities in situations where corrosion resistance is generally required and alloy materials are not suitable for use.
7. Color and light
Ampelite301 can provide lighting panels in five colors, including light blue, royal blue, milky white, protein color and colorless. After matching with color steel plates, the light through it is closest to natural light and the light is soft, without dazzling feeling, avoiding the color distortion and psychological depression caused by artificial lighting.
8. Installation and waterproofing (please refer to the lap node diagram)
(1) The wave-shaped lighting board is consistent with the waveform of the color steel plate, which is easy to install and lap, and is better waterproof than materials such as PC hollow boards.
(2) The lighting board can achieve the same effect as the color steel plate after the color steel plate is installed and the edge is closed. It can be easily lapsed with the color steel plate and the waterproof performance is very good.
